Announcement of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University Subject: Lifelong Learning Accessibility Policy B.E. 2023

Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University is committed to promoting lifelong learning for people of all ages, providing opportunities to develop skills and knowledge that align with the needs of society and the economy. This “Lifelong Learning Accessibility Policy” aims to create learning opportunities for everyone in the community as follows:

1. Development of Lifelong Learning Programs

  • Develop diverse courses that meet local needs, such as vocational skills, digital development, business, agriculture, and natural resource conservation.
    • Provide online and blended learning courses to allow learners the flexibility to study anytime, anywhere, making learning accessible alongside work.

2. Promoting Learning Opportunities for All Age Groups

  • Offer learning opportunities for people of all ages, including the elderly and those with limited formal education, to create inclusive learning for all groups in society.
    • Provide training programs relevant to various professions to enhance valuable skills and increase employment opportunities.

3. Access to Learning Resources

  • Establish digital libraries and online databases to enable learners to access educational resources regardless of location.
    • Support access to necessary equipment and technology, such as computers, internet, and learning tools, to aid individuals who may lack resources for learning.

4. Building Learning Networks with the Community

5. Monitoring and Evaluation
