To support this policy, the university launched the “SNRU Market Day” project, held every Wednesday throughout the 2024 academic year. This market serves as a central platform for the exchange and sale of agricultural produce and prepared meals, gathering farmers and food entrepreneurs from across Sakon Nakhon province. This initiative not only allows students and staff to access fresh, diverse food at reasonable prices but also directly supports local farmers and stimulates the regional community economy.
