On 7 March 2024, SNRU, represented by Asst. Prof. Kongpop Cha-amat, Vice President, signed a three-year cooperation agreement (2024–2026) with the Area-Based Operational Center for Poverty Alleviation (ABC), Kudbak Phatthana Suksa School, and the Phuphan Royal Development Study Center.
The agreement aims to integrate efforts to eliminate poverty and reduce inequality by enhancing access to occupational development, education, technology, and innovation. This includes developing integrated safe vegetable production systems to support vulnerable households in Kudbak District, Sakon Nakhon Province.
SNRU will support the project by providing localized household data for planning and implementing development interventions. During the event, participants also inaugurated a shared farming plot and visited the school’s vegetable garden.
