Announcement of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University Green Office Environmental Policy (Green Office)
Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, through the Department of Buildings, Grounds, and Vehicles, has established an environmental management policy for the organization, aiming towards achieving a sustainable Green Office status. To ensure that this policy yields tangible and effective results and meets the set goals, the university hereby announces the Sustainable Environmental Management Policy, requiring all personnel, students, and Green Office Committee members to participate in the environmental management operations within the Department of Buildings, Grounds, and Vehicles at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, as follows:
Commitment to comply with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to environmental and energy conservation.
Commitment to continuously and efficiently control the consumption of energy and various resources within Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University.
Commitment to environmental improvement through the procurement of environmentally friendly goods and services.
Commitment to prevent the release of waste, garbage, and other pollutants resulting from work activities.
Commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from all operational activities within the office.
Publicize, communicate, and disseminate the environmental policy to personnel, students, and external parties to inform them of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University’s commitment to sustainable environmental conservation.
Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University will promote its subordinate agencies and support resources in various aspects, including budget and other provisions, to enhance environmental operations towards sustainability for the university.
The executives of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University and the Green Office Project Steering Committee of the Department of Buildings, Grounds, and Vehicles shall continuously review and improve the environmental policy, targets, and operational plans at least once a year.
