In order to improve agricultural productivity and mitigate drought in the northern provinces of Lampang and Sukhothai, the National Research Council (NRCT) and the Internal Security Operations Command (ISOC) worked together to implement innovations. On January 6, 2023, a ceremony was held to deliver these community-centered technological solutions, demonstrating their practical applications for local agriculture. This initiative, supported by high-ranking officials, reflects a strategic commitment to strengthening agricultural resilience through appropriate, research-based technologies for community benefit.
