On December 7-8, 2023, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University organized a workshop titled “Horizon Scanning Tools” aimed at addressing poverty issues in Sakon Nakhon Province. The workshop was inaugurated by Assoc. Prof. Chakrit Chanchitprecha, Acting President of the university.
This workshop focused on gathering data and assessing the current situation regarding poverty in Sakon Nakhon (Horizontal Scanning). It also involved collaborative discussions with stakeholders to develop a foresight strategy for poverty alleviation in the province. Experts from the Research and Support Center for Sustainable Development Goals at Thammasat University provided valuable insights and knowledge to participants.
The event took place at the Soi Suwan Conference Room on the 3rd floor of Building 10 at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, fostering a collaborative environment for tackling pressing social issues.
