On November 15, 2023, His Majesty the King graciously appointed Major Prince Nawaporn Yukhul to open the 7th National and International Academic Conference “Rajabhat Research” at the Mahawachiralongkorn Auditorium, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University. During the event, Assoc. Prof. Chasarit Janchitprecha, Deputy President of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University and Chairman of the Rajabhat Research Organizing Committee, reported on the objectives of the conference on behalf of all 38 Rajabhat universities across the country. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Linda Khaenma, Chair of the Council of Presidents of Rajabhat Universities, presented awards to 38 outstanding researchers.

The 7th National and International Academic Conference, themed “Research and Innovation Transforming Local Development towards a Progressive Society and Sustainable Value Creation,” took place over three days from November 14 to 16, 2023. It served as an academic platform to showcase research, creative works, and innovations that reflect the strategic vision of Rajabhat universities for local development in alignment with royal educational policies that benefit society. The conference aimed to foster academic cooperation both domestically and internationally, as well as with other interested organizations, leading to transformative local development and sustainable economic value, maximizing benefits to society, the nation, and the international community.

The event featured exhibitions honoring His Majesty the King and other royal family members, an exhibition on “Applying Royal Knowledge for Sustainable Local Development through Research and Innovation,” recognition of outstanding researchers, special lectures, panel discussions, presentations of research in both oral and poster formats, innovation/technology competitions, and community service research, totaling 300 works presented.
