Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University (SNRU) has officially issued new regulations to support inclusive higher education for students with disabilities under the “Regulations on Higher Education Management for Students with Disabilities.” This initiative underscores the university’s commitment to promoting equal educational opportunities and providing necessary support to ensure all students succeed in an inclusive environment.
The regulations outline various measures to accommodate students with disabilities, including specialized learning resources, accessible facilities, and individualized support services. The policy ensures that students with physical, sensory, and learning disabilities receive the assistance they need to engage fully in their academic pursuits alongside their peers.
Assistant Professor Dr. Chakrit Chanachitpricha, Acting President of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, emphasized that these regulations are essential to fostering an inclusive educational community. By prioritizing accessibility, SNRU aims to remove barriers to learning and empower students with disabilities to achieve their academic and personal goals.
