On July 5, 2022, Assistant Professor Chakrit Chanchitpreecha, acting president of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, along with the executive team and personnel from the Student Development Division at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, participated in the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote smoke-free operations at tertiary-level educational institutions. The signing took place through electronic media (Zoom Meeting) in the Sarasachandra meeting room on the 2nd floor of Building 10. This MOU was signed between the Office of the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation and 155 universities, with the goal of promoting awareness and knowledge about the issue of smoking and driving initiatives for smoke-free higher education institutions, contributing to a smoke-free Thai society.
