Seminar on the Direction for Driving Urban Development: Preliminary Framework

January 11, 2022 Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, Kasetsart University, Chalerm Phrakiat Campus, Sakon Nakhon Province, and Rajamangala University of Technology Isan, Sakon Nakhon Campus, in collaboration with the Institute of Strategic Research and Cooperation for the Development of the Northeastern Region, Khon Kaen University, organized a seminar on the topic “Direction for Driving Sakon Nakhon’s Urban Development: Preliminary Framework” in both online and onsite formats. The meeting was held at Meeting Room 3, Building 20, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, with Mr. Channawat Wasiksiri, Deputy Governor of Sakon Nakhon Province, presiding over the opening ceremony, and Assoc. Prof. Chakrit Chanchitpreecha, Acting President of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, delivering a report. During the meeting, the role of the university in the development of the front area of Sakon Nakhon Province and the direction and vision for the development of Sakon Nakhon City were discussed. The participants of the meeting included government officials, researchers, academics, representatives from the civil society, businesses, communities, mass media, and private sector in Sakon Nakhon Province. They also presented their ideas to drive the future development of Sakon Nakhon City.
