SNRU Aims to Upgrade Laboratories to International Standards with ESPReL Checklist

“On June 13, 2025, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, in collaboration with the Research Center for Environmental Management and Hazardous Substances, Khon Kaen University, organized a workshop titled “Laboratory Safety Standards and Laboratory Safety Status Survey Using the ESPReL Checklist.” This workshop was held under the project of the Host University for Laboratory Safety Standards: Khon Kaen University, at the Creative Activity Room, 3rd Floor, Building 20, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University.
Professor Dr. Tossawat Sitawan, Vice President of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, delivered the welcome remarks, followed by the opening address by Dr. Wiparat De-Ong, Director of the National Research Office. The program included a keynote lecture and hands-on training on the use of the ESPReL Checklist system conducted by expert trainers from partner universities. This activity marked an important milestone in enhancing laboratory safety and promoting high-quality research dissemination to the broader community in Hang Hong Subdistrict, Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province.
Mrs. Wasana Jaksri, Director of Student Development Division, Office of the President, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, led university staff and student leaders, including Miss Rattanaporn Chaitamat, President of the Regular Student Administrative Organization, and Mr. Aditep Saensimon, President of the Regular Student Council, along with the Executive Committee of the Student Administrative Organization and Student Council, to participate in the activity. Together, they contributed to improving the landscape and cleanliness of Ban Na Dok Mai Phadung Wittaya School.”
