On 20 February 2024, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University (SNRU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to promote academic exchange through an online platform with the University of Foreign Languages and International Studies, Hue University, Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The MOU was signed at the Saraschantra Meeting Room by Asst. Prof. Chakrit Chanchitpricha, Acting President of SNRU, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Hung Nhung, President of the University of Foreign Languages and International Studies, Hue University. The signing ceremony was witnessed by executives from both institutions.

Exchange of faculty members and/or staff
Exchange of undergraduate and/or graduate students
Cultural, scientific materials, and information exchange
Joint research and publication
Other mutually agreed activities
Both institutions will collaborate in organizing projects and activities within the agreed framework.
