“On May 20, 2025, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the University of Science and Education – The University of Danang, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, to strengthen educational and research cooperation between the two institutions. The signing ceremony took place at the Suwanphingkar Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, Institute of Language, Arts and Culture Building, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University.
Professor Dr. Tossawat Sitawan, Vice President of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, welcomed the delegates and signed the agreements alongside Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Vice President of the University of Danang. Executives from both institutions witnessed the event, marking an important step in fostering mutually beneficial collaboration in education, research, and cultural exchange between the two countries.”
