On June 14, 2023, the Student Development Division of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, in collaboration with Mental Health Center Region 8, organized a workshop to enhance the potential of student leaders in higher education literacy. The workshop, held at the Sroi Suwanna Conference Room on the third floor of Building 10, was part of the project promoting mental health literacy in universities. Associate Professor Chakrit Chanchitpreecha, Deputy President of the Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, presided over the event.

The program included discussions on current mental health trends, along with three interactive learning stations:
Mind Check Station – Featuring the “Mental Health Check-In” tool and techniques for recognizing signs of mental health issues.
Mind Care Station – Utilizing the “3S” principles for mental care.
Mental Strength Station – Encouraging resilience through the “Grit and Determination” approach, and introducing the “Four Directions Personality” model to enhance self-awareness, understanding of others, and emotional and stress management.
A total of 47 participants, including university faculty and student leaders from Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, joined the training.
