International Research Collaboration on 2D Topological Materials for Thermoelectric Applications Led by Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University

Research project funded by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation in the fiscal year 2022 “Computational Design Project Driven by High-Performance Atomistic Thermoelectric Data and Topological Materials” led by Dr. Tosawat Sitanan, affiliated with Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University. This research project falls under the international research program for the development of global partnership network to enhance individual capabilities. The collaboration involves universities from three countries, namely Thailand, Japan, and Indonesia, in the development of 2D topological materials. The role of Thailand includes data collection, experimental testing, and computational measurement of the thermoelectric properties of the materials. Additionally, the research team has developed a 3D Bulk Prototype as an innovation product to be transferred to the industrial and public sectors. The project has been ongoing since June 7, 2022.
