On 5 March 2024, Sakon Nakhon Provincial Court signed an MOU for pre-litigation mediation with the Provincial Office of Justice, Rights Protection and Legal Aid Office, Sakon Nakhon Provincial Development Office, and Government Savings Bank. The initiative aims to provide a fair, cost-free, and accessible dispute resolution method for the public.
Asst. Prof. Chakrit Chanchitpricha, Acting President of SNRU, attended the signing ceremony held at Room 19212, Building 19, SNRU. Concurrently, the Provincial Court launched the “Pre-Litigation Mediation: Citizens’ First Resort” project to raise awareness of both in-person and online mediation processes. Over 300 law students and faculty members from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at SNRU participated in the event.
