Deputy Director of SDG Move served as a panelist for the session titled “SDGs and BCG: A New Generation’s Perspective on Thai Research and Innovation.” He was joined by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jakrapong Kaewkhao, Director of the Research and Development Institute at Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, and Ms. Cherprang Areekul (formerly of BNK48). The discussion focused on how the youth can contribute innovative ideas to align Thailand’s research and development landscape with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) economic model. The engagement underscored the ongoing collaboration between SDG Move and Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, which includes a current joint study on “Poverty Foresight” aimed at comprehensive poverty alleviation, ensuring that no one is left behind in the development process. This cooperation highlights the critical role of Rajabhat universities in utilizing research to address local and national sustainability challenges.
