On July 12, 2023, the Language, Arts, and Culture Institute at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University organized the SNRU International Language and Culture Fair 2023 at the Chamchuri 1 Auditorium, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University. The event was officially opened by Dr. Ubolsin Pho Phrom, Vice President of the university, and the report was presented by Dr. Phasutthaa Komolmalai, Director of the Language, Arts, and Culture Institute.
The fair featured various international language and culture exhibition booths from different countries. Participants also had the opportunity to attend a special lecture on English in Multiculturalism by a well-known influencer team from the Slang A-hO-lic page. The event also included cultural exchange performances, a panel discussion on International Language and Culture, a quiz competition with prizes, a tasting of local foods, and the chance to try on traditional costumes from various nations.
The exhibition featured 8 booths representing the following countries: the United States, the United Kingdom, the People’s Republic of China, the Republic of India, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the Republic of the Philippines. Visitors engaged in learning from these cultural exhibits, fostering greater international understanding.
