“The Institute for Research and Development at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University organized a workshop titled “Innovation Development for Sustainable Local Development in Northeast Thailand 2025” on June 5–6, 2025, at Chamchuri 1 Auditorium, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University. The event was officially opened by Ms. Pawanee Khamchalee, Director of the Promotion and Support Division for Research and Innovation at the National Research Office. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sakorn Intachai, Director of the Institute for Research and Development, delivered the event report. The workshop featured keynote presentations on “Innovation Development for National and International Competitions and Commercial Application in Local Development” and “Community Innovation Development.” Participants then toured and practiced demonstrations at exhibitions showcasing research and innovations from eight Centers of Excellence: Alternative Energy, Modern Agriculture, Indigo Dyeing, Nong Han Wetlands, Tourism and Services, Industrial Technology, Atmospheric and Space Science, and Agricultural Technology and Innovation in Sakon Nakhon Province. On the second day, participants formed groups according to their interests to engage in activities promoting scientific and technological learning through hands-on practice, aiming to develop skills and knowledge to further innovate. The event attracted a total of 616 participants from 16 educational institutions.”
