On December 19, 2024, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, led by Professor Dr. Tosawat Sitthawan, Vice President, as the representative of the President, along with administrators, faculty members, and staff, participated in the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, Kingdom of Thailand, and Quang Binh University, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, headed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Vuong and his executive team. This MOU marks the third collaboration between the two universities and aims to strengthen the relationship in the post-COVID-19 era, as well as to expand cooperation in key areas, including: Exchange of scholars, personnel, and students Promotion of joint research and faculty development Exchange of academic information such as research papers, books, and journals Invitations to national and international academic conferences Sharing of educational resources and library databases to support academic research Both parties also emphasized the importance of developing tourism-related activities and sharing library resources as a starting point for future collaborations. This signing reflects the strong commitment of both institutions to building a cooperative network that will enhance education and research at the international level.
