The 5th National and International Academic Conference, “Universities for Local Development Towards Sustainable Development Goals,” was held at Buriram Rajabhat University
On February 14, 2022, Assistant Professor Chakrit Chanchitpreecha, Acting Rector of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, along with Mr. Kasem Butdee, Director of the Office of the President, Teacher Surasit Uipadjawong, Director of the Language Institute for Arts and Culture, and personnel from Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University participated in the 5th National and International Academic Conference, ‘Universities for Local Development Towards Sustainable Development Goals,’ held at the Wicha Atsat Auditorium, Buriram Rajabhat University, Buriram Province. The conference was chaired by Special Professor Dr. Anek Laothamathat, Minister of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation, who delivered a special lecture on the topic, ‘The Role of the University in Local Development Towards the Goal of Self-Sustainable Development.’ This conference, the 5th of its kind, had administrators from different universities, and it was jointly organized by 21 educational institutions from 13 countries. Participants attended the meetings both in person and via the online Zoom Meeting system.
