On January 23, 2023, the Tai Isan Folk Band from the Institute of Language, Arts, and Culture at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University performed at the Thai-Chinese-Vietnamese Cultural Festival (Trut Tai Sakon), held at Lan Khon Mueang, Sakon Nakhon Province. The event, which took place from January 22-24, 2023, celebrated cultural exchange and the preservation of traditions shared by Thailand, China, and Vietnam.
