A short course on the artificial insemination of cattle, generation 4: available for the public

On December 9, 2022, the Faculty of Agricultural Technology at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University organized the fourth-generation short course training project titled ‘Artificial Insemination of Cattle.’ The opening of the training was chaired by Assistant Professor Chaiyot Natthaankun, Vice President for Administration. Dean of the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, reported on the training organized for a duration of 12 days, taking place from December 9 to December 20, 2022. This program is an academic service activity offered by the Faculty of Agricultural Technology, aimed at transferring knowledge to farmers, the general public, and network partners.
The course provides knowledge on various aspects, including the anatomy and physiology of cattle reproductive systems, semen milking, semen quality testing, diseases that can be transmitted through reproduction, principles of artificial insemination, and hygiene practices. It also focuses on increasing efficiency for those involved in artificial insemination on various farms. The training, as announced by the Veterinary Council, is divided into 26 hours of theory and 64 hours of practical work, and it is designed for a class of 15 people who meet the criteria.
