On July 4, 2023, Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, through the Office of Policy and Planning and the Research and Development Institute, organized a special lecture on “Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): The 17 Goals for Sustainable Development”. The lecture was delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Melanai Muni Muntini, an expert in sustainable development.
The event also featured a session for exchanging knowledge and experiences on SDGs between Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University and Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology University (ITS) from Indonesia.
The lecture provided an overview of the SDGs and how they align with global efforts to achieve a more sustainable and equitable future. Following the lecture, an exchange forum was held where faculty members from both universities discussed their ongoing efforts and strategies for implementing SDGs within their academic institutions.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tosawad Sittawan, Vice President of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, along with other university faculty members, participated in this important dialogue on advancing SDGs and sharing best practices.
