The Student Development Division, in collaboration with the Faculty of Management Science, organized a soft skills development training for students using the social engineer process, Batch 1
“From 2–4 February 2024 The Student Development Division, in collaboration with the Faculty of Management Science, organized a Soft Skills Development Training using the Social Engineer Process (Batch 1) for 156 first- and second-year students from the Faculty of Management Science. Asst. Prof. Chakrit Chanchitpreecha, Acting President, presided over the opening ceremony. Asst. Prof. Dr. Samart Aiyakon, Dean of the Faculty of Management Science, delivered both the opening report and closing remarks. The training was conducted by the SEAL Social Engineer Unit, consisting of:Dr. Winitha Panich, Assistant to the President for Student Development and Special Affairs Asst. Prof. Kittikorn Raksaphon Mr. Chaimongkol Chotiwatthanatrakul Over the three-day training, students were introduced to the five Social Engineer tools:Divine Gift Tool Life Clock Tool Development Timeline Tool Process Timeline Tool M.I.C. Model Tool They practiced four essential 21st-century soft skills: Critical thinking Communication Collaboration Creativity and innovation The program also aimed to provide students with hands-on practice applying the tools to better understand community development. This supports the cultivation of students into thinkers, communicators, coordinators, and community innovators. The Student Development Division extends sincere thanks to the Faculty of Management Science, especially Dr. Phatsinee Saensamdaeng, Associate Dean for Student Affairs, for their coordination and smooth implementation of the activity.”
