On February 8, 2023, the Nong Han Center of Excellence at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, led by Mr. Sakda Saensupan and Ms. Atsara Namthaisong, organized a meeting at the Ban Nam Phu Community Hall in Ban Phan Sub-district, Phon Na Kaeo District, Sakon Nakhon. The event focused on discussing objectives and activities to develop and enhance the skills of local farmers in fish farming and vegetable cultivation for economic purposes.
Instructors, including Asst. Prof. Songsap Arunkamol, Ms. Oranong Khandech, and Mr. Aran Butrna from the Department of Fisheries, provided valuable insights and practical knowledge in modern agriculture under the “Khok Nong Na Model.” This approach combines sustainable and innovative techniques to help participants understand effective fish farming and vegetable cultivation practices suitable for their area and group needs.
